About

Folks of all shapes, colors, orientations, and levels of experience are welcome to our weekly Wednesday evening gentle yoga class, a sweet source of community over the last 13 years (currently offered in Chatham Mills Studio and via zoom). Kim facilitates a playful and mindful exploration of movement and breath, sharing practices to nourish our nervous systems that are easily integrated off the yoga mat. Together we lengthen, balance, strengthen, and rest.

Instructor

Kim Calhoun

In my early 20s, reoccurring back pain led me to my first yoga class in 1995 with inspiring and dedicated instructor Elise Miller, who studied regularly with BKS Iyengar. Not only did my budding yoga practice alleviate my physical discomfort, I benefited deeply from this sacred tradition’s guidance for self-discovery and healing on many levels.
